Hoefflin will report to CEO and Chairman, Seth Bernstein and will serve on Empower's Board of Directors.

Hoefflin will be responsible for all sales, operations and administrative functions of the business. He brings over 20 years' leadership experience in software solutions and marketing services. Prior to Empower, Hoefflin served in a number of operational, technology, and marketing leadership roles for RedPrairie Corporation, a global provider of supply chain software solutions. He will relocate to the Orlando area, operating out of the Empower corporate headquarters. Empower founder and CEO, Seth Bernstein becomes Chairman of Empower's Board of Directors and will continue to drive the exceptional growth Empower has experienced under his leadership.
