Why does the app no longer support str-dn1050? Sony customer service not interested. Sony does not care about it's customers. Words cannot express how angry I am about this. The only reason I purchased the dn1050 was for the ability to play music in zone 2 via my phone. I have no display in zone 2.

Now I cannot control my amp in zone 2 at all. I did have a perfectly good amp before I purchased the dn1050. The ONLY reason I 'upgraded' was for the ability to stream music in zone 2 via my phone. Sony have sold us a dummy. They have sold features that they no longer longer providing. They have ripped us off. I urge all affected users to return their amp to store and demand a refund.

Disgusting behaviour from Sony. It's about as basic as it could be. It is very far from being worthy of the Sony brand name - of which I am a fan. The app has not been well considered at all in both functionality and design. I feel it was outsourced to an app company rather than designed in house by Sony designers. If I'm wrong then why put so little effort into what is essentially the front end to your hardware.
