Uad Plugins Torrent Скачать
UAD plug-ins offer the world’s most authentic analog emulations from Neve,® SSL,® Fairchild,® Studer,® Ampex,® Fender,® Manley,® API® & many more.
It's pitiful. It's as low as the guys who create new posts/releases, on audioz, for FREEWARE apps, to which there are free links provided by the developer/website. And they call it 'new releases'. Though, the guys at UAD must have versions of their plug-ins that RUN on standard x86 platforms, and probably, they run much faster on old I7 3770k or I5 2500k cpus than on their cheapo dsp processors, as they have chosen to work with some of the least expensive and least powerful shark DSPs. That's why there are some uad plug-ins where a single stereo instance will DESTROY an OCTO card. Even more, when uad lie to their (future) customers about the cards instance count, by using as reference 44.1Khz 16bit, when most pros will be using AT LEAST 96Khz 24bit quality.
LOL at the guys who pay 1700 euros for an octo card, to find out there are a few plug-ins that they might only use ONCE. I wish uad could tell us if their dsp cards got chosen because they offer more power than a fast cup, or because they can use it as a huge hardware dongle. But I guess the 2nd choice is good. Because for the price people are paying, and what those dsps do cost, the dsp cards should have 2 or 3 times more chips. A quad should have 8 or 12 dsps, an octo, 16 or 24. And they would still be making tons of cash, from each card sold. The dsp models they've chosen aren't among the slowest/less powerful ones.
Why nobody wonder why they only have plug-ins, but NO SYNTHS? Because their engineers could easily 100% model some classic synths, just like Arturia does. Why aren't they doing that? Because then, people could really have an idea how powerful /slow their dsp are. Because a diva -like synths would only get 3 or 4 notes polyphony on an octo card, that would not be a great advertising. And because they must have plug-in versions that can run on Intel cpus, maybe there could be some sort of leak, like a former employe. Click to expand.Ex: Instances count mono/stereo.
At 44.1 16bit. Solo Duo Quad Octo Manley Massive Passive EQ (STD & MST) 37.1% 60.2% 2 /1 4/ 2 8/4 16/8 @48khz 24bit, we can easily divide those numbers by 2. Which means a user might be lucky if he can open 4 or 5 stereo instances, on an octo card. Unless you tell me the uad code can't access 2 dsps at once. Anyway, 8 stereo instances max on an octo 1700 euros card. That's a little too much, for me. Anyway, at 300-400 euros each plug, these cards are definitely sold for the studio owners, or a few other guys who can spend 2000 euros per week.
And will those pros work or protools, at 44khz 16bit? Lol, UAD, LOL @ your instance chart. Ex: Instances count mono/stereo.

Lol, UAD, LOL @ your instance chart. Click to expand.that is the way the plug-ins work, at least at the present, thus that is what is stated in my post, nothing to do with instance count statistics. Thus, there is no chance for any plug-in, even if in that verily dreaded stereo instance form, for being capable to destroy duo, quad, octo, cards.
To be better explained, the code of every plug-in can use only one sharc chip, but one dsp chip might be used by more plug-ins, all this might be caused by data traffic restrictions or rather simplifications in their routing solution, better ask around about this at their user forum, if this is not enough demonstratively convincing. Bests, for all of us, as always, plus now we can laugh out loudly about all those stooopid developers who are incapable to write better code.
Punch for pop and modern music These beast is my go to bus comp for most pop and modern music styles with a medium to high dynamic. It has a very typical high class compressor sound and works for most modern program material. This thing works well on drums in parallel processing and as the 2nd dynamic stage. At the bus it is very nice to tame 1-2db while (for higher dynamic material) another compressor before is evening out levels a bit before (i.e. Neve 33xxxxx) - this 'couple' allows to control the amount of 'SSL sound' of the product (using serial compressors is a bit tricky in finding timings - you have to know what you do). The new version is a huge (!) step compared to the former UAD emulation. This emulation is just much more SSL, much more open and detailed. Ssl g buss compressor I bought this on impulse when it was on special without checking the demo version first. I had expected great results, but to be honest given the hype, but I was quite disappointed. I have fab filter pro limiter last up in the mastering chain and the Neve VR88 master buss before the pro L. I think the Neve 88 is way more powerful and useful.
Perhaps the Fab filter pro Limiter does much of the job, but adding the SSL comp before the Pro L did very little to the final mix output sound. Not enough wow to warrant the $250 in my opinion.
I guess I should demo everything before purchasing anything. A bit disappointed I was. I was reluctant to upgrade again but I'm glad I did. Obviously when paying so much for virtual gear that is authorised by the original company you don't expect to constantly keep having to pay for what is in effect the same item you though was already precisely modelled. This is the third incineration of the famous ssl compressor I wished the upgrade price had been a little lower and I summed and arid about having to pay again but I read the reviews and realised if anyone was going to do the job right it had to be UAD and hopefully this would be the final version.
Did it do the job this time. Most defiantly YES there is a better cleaner sound very subtle but in a higher definition sort of way like comparing 16 bit with 24bit you just know it sound much better at 24bit This is a worthwhile upgrade and you will notice the improvement. UAD Please add more presets like on the older version as I love those quick start points for quick set up. Best SSL emulation Can't compare with the original hardware, however I can say it does sound better than most of the hardware 'clones' (TK, GSSL, etc.). And most of all, it sounds better than the other SSL bus compressor plugins. This one is really special, and adds a little something to the sound. The only thing is I think it softens a little bit the mix sometimes, but if you need clean and aggressive compression, there are plenty other compressors on the market for that.
But if you want the classic glue sound, this is the one you need.
