You will literally buy this and not be able to play. It has been out for nearly 3 months and is still broken. They claim a patch is on the way. Well, a patch was released for the PC and everyone is still complaining about the game breaking issues!

This game was supposed to be 4k HDR! I use a Logitech G920 wheel and it's unplayable, there is constant jerking left and right on the wheel even when the car is at a complete stop. Needless to say again, don't buy this game right now, wait for a couple of months until ALL the issues have been solved, hoping this will be in less than a month from release.

The online play with PC1 to me still is hands down the best in the business with PC2 i get disconnected, games splutter, graphics suck and I have a fast connection tests 196mbs. In some cars the driving experience is awesome as far as car feel and feedback goes, best drift ive ever done on a game sorry (sim). I am hoping the XBOX one X will solve all the terrible graphics and borders etc, if not this is tragic. I've been sim racing since 1997, and I can honestly say that this is my favorite sim of all time. However, the Xbox One version is a buggy mess.

I've had complete careers just disappear. The car setup system requires you to save each time you make minor changes. And then those setups will vanish. The AI is good on some tracks and horrible on others, and the framerate can drop into the 30's if you're playing in '1080P'. Yet, for all its faults, it's still the best sim on console. If you're playing with a controller, expect the initial pain of going through private testing, making a config change, and then restarting testing to get your controller setup to suit your driving style. If your willing to put the effort in, this sim will reward you with the only kind of progress that matters; actually getting good at something that is difficult.

I was on board with this game for months prior to release, and bought into all the promises of developers having learned their lessons from PCARS1, and what a fantastic game 2 would be.I wouldn't say it was all lies, as there does seem to be potential here.
